INGREDIENTS
BASE:
1 cup oats
1/4 cup Protein Powder
3/4 cup peanut butter or any nut butter
1/3 cup tbsp BeeNZ Kanuka Honey
TOPPING:
1/2 cup chocolate chips
2 tbsp full fat coconut milk or coconut oil
METHOD
Melt these ingredients together
1) Combine ingredients for oat base in a bowl, then press into a muffin tin about 3/4 of the way up
2) Melt ingredients for topping together, then pour over base
3) Chill in fridge for about 30 minutes before serving & enjoy!
