Ingredients:
3/4 Cup Almond Milk (or milk of your choice)
1/2 Medium Banana
1/4 Cup Frozen Pineapple
1/4 Cup Frozen Mango
1 Tbsp Peanut Butter (or nut butter of your choice)
1 Cup Fresh Kale or Spinach
1 Tbsp BeeNZ Manuka Honey (any grade)
Blueberries & Coconut flakes for garnish (optional)
Method:
Add to blender almond milk (or other milk preference), BeeNZ Manuka Honey & peanut butter (or other nut butter preference) - adding your wet ingredients to the blender first ensures a creamier, smoother smoothie consistency.
Next add in your banana, frozen pineapple chunks, frozen mango and spinach or kale.
Blend on high for 1-2 minutes or until smooth and lump free.
Top with blueberries and coconut flakes and enjoy!
(If you prefer your smoothies less sweet, remove the mango.)
